Per tant, les dietes que redueixen dr\u00e0sticament la quantitat d\u2019aliments amb aquestes caracter\u00edstiques s\u00f3n perjudicials.\u00a0<strong>L\u2019ideal \u00e9s mantenir una dieta equilibrada i tant variada com sigui possible, rica en fruites i verdures, que prioritzi sempre els aliments m\u00e9s naturals possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I \u00e9s que els aliments, com m\u00e9s processats acostumen a ser m\u00e9s perjudicials, ja que inclouen m\u00e9s additius, emulgents, greixos saturats, etc.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s, hem de ser conscients de la gran import\u00e0ncia de la neteja dels vegetals, per no ingerir productes t\u00f2xics que s\u2019utilitzen en l\u2019agricultura, aix\u00ed com d\u2019altres que s\u2019afegeixen als fruits per millorar l\u2019aspecte i la conservaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pel que fa als productes animals, hem de tenir en compte el seu origen<\/strong> ja que moltes granges alimenten els seus animals amb ingredients de mala qualitat i els subministren grans dosis d\u2019antibi\u00f2tics i altres medicaments per engreixar-los, etc. Aquestes subst\u00e0ncies persisteixen al seu organisme quan s\u00f3n convertits en aliments per nosaltres.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, per seguir una dieta que ens ajudi a millorar la nostra flora intestinal i la salut en general, hem d\u2019intentar triar els aliments m\u00e9s naturals i ecol\u00f2gics possible, i menys processats. Per\u00f2 l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 un pes molt important ja que \u00e9s d\u2019on provenen els nutrients que alimenten els microbis i que els fan estar actius per acomplir totes les seves funcions.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019entre els tipus d\u2019aliments que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s perjudicials, podem destacar:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Aliments ultra-processats<\/strong> com molts plats precuinats,els embotits, la pastisseria industrial, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alcohol<\/strong>en exc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refrescos ensucrats<\/strong> com els sucs de fruites envasats, les begudes isot\u00f2niques o els refrescos gasosos<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edulcorants artificials<\/strong> que substitueixen el sucre per\u00f2 que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n perjudicials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exc\u00e9s de carn<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cal afegir tamb\u00e9, que les dietes que contenen un exc\u00e9s d\u2019aliments fregits i picants, tamb\u00e9 influeixen negativament a la microbiota.
