Microorganismes: els “cuiners” del s\u00f2l.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Al s\u00f2l hi ha tot un ecosistema de petits insectes, an\u00e8lids,  microorganismes, fongs, bacteris\u2026 encarregats, entre altres coses, d\u2019anar descomposant la mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica.  Els microoganismes s\u2019encarreguen de fer aquesta mat\u00e8ria absorbible per les plantes.  Aix\u00ed que a l\u2019hora d\u2019alimentar la planta els microorganismes s\u00f3n els protagonistes. Els microoganismes s\u00f3n una part esencial de la salut de les plantes. Descomposen la mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica en formes inorg\u00e0niques simples que les plantes poden absorvir.  Podriem fer un s\u00edmil amb una cuina: encara que tinguem el rebost ple hi ha aliments que si no els cuinem dificilment els podem ingerir. Aix\u00ed que necessitem cuinar-los per per poder-nos alimentar. I fins i tot un cop els hem menjat i n\u00b4hem fet la digesti\u00f3 \u00e9s a l\u2019intest\u00ed acaba el proc\u00e9s i on la flora intestinal (els microorganismes) juguen un paper crucial  en l\u2019absorci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests nutrients.  Aix\u00f2 mateix \u00e9s el que fan els microorganismes al s\u00f2l. Per qu\u00e8 un s\u00f2l funcioni necessitem que hi hagi les tres emes 3M: mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica, minerals i microorganismes.\u00a0 L\u2019activitat dels microorganismes permet la transformaci\u00f3 de \u00a0la materia org\u00e0nica en altres elements seguint dos procesos, la mineralitzaci\u00f3 que \u00e9s la descomposici\u00f3 r\u00e0pida en formes inorg\u00e0niques simples i la humificaci\u00f3 que \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s m\u00e9s lent en el que la fracci\u00f3 que no mineralitza es converteix en altres compostos que en conjunt anomenem humus. La mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica al s\u00f2l en millora les propietats f\u00edsiques i l\u2019estructura, ret\u00e9 m\u00e9s humitat, t\u00e9 m\u00e9s capacitat d\u2019aireaci\u00f3, evita l\u2019erosi\u00f3 i juntament amb la microbiologia mant\u00e9 el s\u00f2l viu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Si el nostre s\u00f2l funciona correctament les nostres plantes estaran sanes, creixeran equilibrades, produiran m\u00e9s i no ser\u00e0 necessari aportar fertilitzants qu\u00edmics. Ja que si una planta est\u00e0 equilibrada dificilment ser\u00e0 atacada per plagues o pat\u00f2gens. Aportant mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica i microbiologia el s\u00f2l es mantindr\u00e0 viu i els vegetals productius. \u00c9s important per\u00f2 aportar microbiologia variada per mantenir l\u2019equilibri.
