Dose:
Adults take 15ml (1tbsp) daily, preferably before breakfast.Children take 5-15ml daily.
Do not exceed the stated dose. One 475ml bottle is one months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.
We advise anyone with serious gut health issues to take Bio-Live Revive for 2 months and then move onto another Bio-Live.

Ingredients:
Hand brewed with love and purified water, bio live cultures: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium breve, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactococcus lactis, saccharomyces boulardii, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus; and organic malt (barley) used up. Agar agar, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, chondroitin sulphate, citrus peel, glucosamine sulphate, Himalayan rock salt, L-Glutamine, peppermint oil, quercetin, rutin, sea water concentrate, slippery elm and turmeric.
